The hotel operates a strict no Smoking policy. The rooms (all non-smoking) have been tastefully decorated, incorporating the traditional look with some modern touches resulting in comfortable, inviting rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests. Breathtaking views of Edinburgh Castle are approximately 20 yards away, on Princes Street. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of tourist attractions, the financial district, theatres, restaurants and the International Conference Centre (eicc).The Airlink, number 100 bus from the airport to the city centre, drops off directly opposite the hotel and picks up outside the hotel for the return journey. The journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes and a ticket will cost you £3 for a single and £5 for a return ticket.The hotel does not have a car park. The nearest NCP car park is located on Castle Terrace, just off Lothian Road, which is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel can issue all guests with a voucher for the car park from reception, which entitles them to a 20% discount.
