Royal Ettrick Hotel is located in the Polwarth area of the city. From Princes Street turn up Lothian Road. At the Tollcross junction, go right past the Cameo Cinema and turn right at the Kings Theatre (past Mr Boni's). Continue along Gilmore Place which becomes Polwarth Gardens. The hotel is set up on the left-hand side behind the bowling green. The hotel is on the number 10 bus route, which has a 20 minute service.
