Directions
From the West End of Princes Street, head North up Lothian Road following the signs to the a702. Continue up Lothian Road until you reach Tollcross, take the right hand lane continuing to follow the a702 into Home Street. At the 2nd set of traffic lights, with Kings Theatre on your left, turn right into Lower Gilmore Place. Follow the road over 2 sets of traffic lights and a mini roundabout and into Polwarth Gardens. Continue straight into Polwarth Terrace and the hotel is located on the left hand side before the traffic lights and opposite the church. Parking: The hotel provides extensive free parking.
